One hour or half hour personal training sessions conducted in private (one-on-one) or semi-private (2 or more persons), in Fit In’s studio.

 

All training sessions include warm up, stretching, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning using various forms of cardiovascular exercise and strength training using treadmill, dumbbells, barbells, exercise bands and tubing, weighted body bars, plate loaded equipment, stability balls, medicine balls, and your own body weight.
