Fit In’s Outdoor Fitnes Boot Camp is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level, to reach maximum fitness results in a minimum amount of time. Everyone is challenged to improve.
Fit In’s Boot Camp uses the natural environment and your own body weight to get you in shape. Our fitness boot camp groups are very effective for weight loss, toning, strengthening your stomach, butt, arms, chest, thighs and legs, and increasing your cardio-vascular capacity and energy levels. You work out individually, with partners and as a team. Example fitness boot camp exercises include sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, running, step-ups and dips.
We limit the size of our boot camp groups to deliver semi-personal training. During your workout, your boot camp personal trainer will ensure that you are using the proper form to be effective. Fit In’s personal trainer is friendly yet tough, and a motivating leader who understand your fitness level and goals.
Boot camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. You get the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost. It is an effective and FUN approach to fitness. Only $215.00 per person!
