There will be two 30-Minute body fitness classes:

The first is a 30 Minute Lower Body the class will focusing on toning the hips, legs, and buttocks using various pieces of equipment. And the second, is a 30 Minute Upper Body – which will then focus on toning the back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and abdominals using various pieces of equipment.

Within this program, every Saturday (weather permitting), we will be meeting at Fit In. From there, we will proceed on a 1 1/2 to 2 mile walk which will gradually increase every 1-2 weeks. This will ensure a more stabilized and obtainable health regimen to help you hit your overall health and fitness goals. The program cost is $15 every three months. (That is only $5 a month!) Included within this program are bottled water and healthy breakfast snacks. Tips and training techniques will also be shared after these meets at various tea or coffee shops.
